With over 17 years of experience in the real estate industry I have seen a lot of changes.
I started in real estate in the late 1980's as a private investor, buying and selling residential and
commercial properties. I focused primarily on foreclosure and distressed situations and found out I
could help people keep their home and save their credit. I found out that a lot of real estate agents
did not have this knowledge and experience in this field or they did not want to put the extra amount
of work it takes to handle these situations. I decided to take my love for real estate and helping
home owners and make it my full time job. Today, as a realtor, I specialize in solving problem real
estate and financial situations along with your normal transactions.
I am a member of the Washington Association of Realtors and the Commercial Brokers' Association.
My experience as a realtor includes marketing and selling residential properties, commercial properties
and leases, raw land, development, investment opportunities, new construction, waterfront, multi-family
units, foreclosures, estate sales, bankruptcies, divorces, title issues, judgments and liens, bank
owned real estate.
With my extensive background in investing and being creative in handling complicated real estate
situations, I can help you avoid problems down the road. I call it preventive maintenance. You can
rest assured that when you are ready to buy, sell or invest, you will be in knowledgeable, experienced,
and capable hands. There is no deal that is too small, too large, too simple or too complicated.
