My first career was a software engineer working for various companies in the US and Canada,
including Microsoft and Expedia. Programming computers is an exercise in problem solving. I now
use those same skills to make the home sale or purchase process as smooth as possible.
My software career slowly turned into a real estate career with the purchase of my first house in
North Bend. That house came with an extra cabin, which rented for $450 in the early ‘90’s. That gave
me my first taste of real estate investing, and has since led to the purchase of several more homes
since then. By the way, I still own that first house, and the cabin now rents for $850.
Along the way, in order to make better home buying and selling decisions, it seemed wise to learn
more about the real estate profession, which eventually led to becoming a licensed agent.
Let me use my problem solving skills and knowledge I have picked up along the way to help you
with your real estate transaction.
